Will MetricWire Remember my Place in the Survey?

If you have completed part of a survey and left the app or web portal, MetricWire will remember your current answers and let you continue the survey. 

MetricWire may not remember your place in the app if you kill the app or back out of the survey.

The reason that MetricWire may no longer remember your place in a portal survey is that in the time you left the survey and came back to complete it, you may have cleared out your local storage cache.

Ensure that you do not clear your cache or history when using MetricWire’s online portal. Also take note to deactivate any background programs that routinely clear cached files.
