Workspaces

Workspaces is the latest update to the MetricWire platform. We have enhanced how researchers will be able to organize and visualize their projects. Workspaces changes the way you work within the MetricWire platform by providing you with various collaborative and tracking functionalities. Workspaces allows you to have all of your project elements such as Consent Forms, Email Templates, Panels, Studies and Analyses, in one place. If you have not used Workspaces before, a simple interface for migrating your current project elements into a new workspace is provided.

Workspaces provides you with additional features to make running your projects on MetricWire more efficient. The following features are packaged in with Workspaces:

• Workspace Level Permissions
  • Control who can access and modify project elements
  • This includes collaborator accounts tied to single or multiple projects
• Audit Trails
  • Track every change to your project
  • See who made a changed and when this occurred

  • Create accountability and traceability throughout the duration of the project and across the team.

• Publish Changes
  •  Minimize the impact of design changes on your participants
  • This update saves your changes and publishes them when you're ready to update your study instead of updating everytime
  • Make as many design modifications to your project as you like. When you are satisfied with your changes, publish them all at once with one click and your participants will receive the new updated design.
• Emails and Consent
  • Use HTML to create more engaging content
  • HTML editors allow for creative designs and templates to be created instead of plain text
