In the Profile tab within the Researcher Portal, you can fill out basic profile information like name, email address, institutions, phone number, etc.

A particular field of interest is the Research Interests box. By letting us know your areas of focus we can better tailor services, tips, and features to your needs.

 

Within the Billing tab you can select the account plan you wish to purchase as well as pay via credit card.

There is an option to pay month to month or pay for the entire year. The option to pay for a full year results in 2 months of free usage.

Within the Account Settings page, there is a tab where you will be able to change your current password.

 

Your new password must contain:

  • A minimum of 8 characters
  • At least one numeric digit OR special character (#, ^, &, @, etc.)
  • A least one capital letter

Ie. PaSsword8 would be acceptable but password would not.
