What Devices are Compatible?

Currently iPhone, iPad, and iPod devices that are running iOS 12 and higher are compatible with the app. For best performance we recommend Apple devices running iOS 13.0+.  Devices running older versions of iOS may not be able to access the MetricWire app in the iTunes App Store.


Currently, Android phones and tablets that are running Android 7.0 and higher are compatible with the app. For best performance we recommend Android devices running Android 9.0+. Devices running older versions of Android may not be able to access the MetricWire app in the Google Play Store.


Known Problematic Devices:

The following devices are known to have problems with running MetricWire optimally due to the fact that they use an Android build that is mixed and adapted to their devices, and not the typical Android OS that is widely available on most devices. Simply put, the operating system used is labeled as "Android", but the custom modifications the device manufacturers put into it, deviate its capabilities and how apps work on them.
