Why Wont my Study Update?

If you are experiencing a situation where you are unable to edit or update certain aspects of your study, it could be due to the fact that there is a condition holding the study.

Revert back to your question sets and double-check your work. If a mistake has been made when creating a question, it may prevent the system from updating.

 

Mistakes that could take effect are:

  • Having zero choices in a choice based question
  • Branching logic tied to questions missing variables
