A Trigger is a variable that stipulates when or where participants will receive a Survey. There are a multitude of Triggers to choose from, ranging from ongoing to geofencing.

 

This section will:

  • Describe the different Trigger types
  • Provide instructions on how to setup Triggers
  • Provide use cases and examples for how to use the different Triggers


 

Remember: A survey needs a Trigger attached to it in order for it it to prompt to participants.
