Triggers Fired are Less Than Surveys Completed

Sometimes you will see that within the Trigger Logs that the Triggers Fired are less than the Surveys Completed number. Do not worry too much about this. In short, limitations of the iOS operating system limit how accurate we can make the logs.

The aspect that contributes to this: 

1. The logs are typically somewhat delayed in getting to the server relative to the responses.
2. Logs get synced to the server whenever the participant refreshes their phone by opening the main list of studies screen, however, if they get into a survey via a notification and close the app when they finish, they often get in and out of the app without hitting that screen where the logs get uploaded.
