Participant Activity
MetricWire allows researchers to see highly detailed activity logs of each participant in a study. This feature can be very useful in troubleshooting individual participant issues, or reviewing their activity and taking immediate action.
The Participant Activity page tracks the following information about your participants:
- If you have chosen to turn Anonymize Results off, the email in which your participants was invited with will populate in a column
Identifier
- This column displays the unique key that is generated when a participant creates a MetricWire account
- This column will display beside the Email column if Anonymize Results have been turned off
Downloaded
- This column displays a true/false depending on whether a participant has downloaded the app
Devices
- This link will display all devices the participant is using, the operating system, the OS version, the app version, their timezone, and when they last used this device
Invited
- This column will display the date/time that the participant was first invited to a study
Enrolled/Un-Enrolled
- These two columns will display the date/time of when a participant has enrolled in a study, and when/if they have un-enrolled
Last Refresh
- This column will display the date/time of the last time a participant has refreshed the app
- This is important when troubleshooting issues to ensure that a participant has kept their app up to date with the newest release
Responses
- A column will populate for each Survey contained within the study, and the appropriate number of responses a participant has successfully submitted
- Selecting View Activity shows all activity associated with this study including Trigger activity and participant actions
