Characters in Other Languages Will Not Show in Excel

Sometimes when responses are logged using characters in another language, they will not appear when opened in Microsoft Excel. It may appear that this data has not been included in the CSV export, but it is actually due to certain versions of Microsoft Excel not being able to display these characters.

You can open the CSV in another program to ensure that your characters are included. Programs such as SPSS and Tableau will easily display these "missing" characters.
