Question Variables

Question Variables allows you to assign a name to your question. This is a useful function when using features like Calculated Values and Piping.

Tips:

1. The Variable Name replaces the auto-generated question id with a label of your choice.
2. Ie. if you had a numeric question asking for participants’ age, it might be a good idea to name the variable Age.
3. This will allow for easy sorting when using Calculated Values in an equation that might require the Age number to be multiplied by a Height number. 
4. The field equation would now read Age*Height instead of quest_1437150993305*quest_1437137893305.
