Response Weighting

The Calculated Value feature allows you to add formulas involving question responses. It can also be used to simply weight question responses.

Weighting Questions:

Select Action from the Add Questions page and select Calculated Value.
From here you will select the question you wish you use from the drop-down menu.
Don’t worry about setting a formula, or adding other variables.
Once you have selected your question click Insert Question.
Next click on the Set Response Values tab.
From here you should see your choices appear in order. Use the arrows to assign a number to the different responses.
Click Save Formula to ensure that the study updates accordingly.
