Viewing Downloads & Enrollment

Metricwire keeps track of all participant actions, including if they have downloaded the app, as well as if they have enrolled in a study and have submitted responses.

Step-by-step guide:

1. After you have invited participants to a study, clicking on Participants in the study information screen will bring you to a screen where you can view and manage all of your invited participants. 
2. The table chart will allow you to see who has downloaded the app and/or enrolled in your study.
3. The chart will display the participants’ email addresses, the date/time they were invited, whether they have downloaded the app, the date/time they enrolled, and how many responses they have submitted.
4. This table allows you to sort by ascending or descending order based on each of the associated variables.
