One of the simplest ways to solve many problems is to ensure that your app is up to date. Latest versions of the MetricWire app make it mandatory to update to the newest version in order for features to function properly. 

 

Tips:
  1. Before contacting the support team, ensure that you have the newest version of the app by visiting the Google Play Store or the iTunes App Store.
  2. Older versions of the app may have problems functioning when new versions are pushed.
