Studies Don't Appear
Problem
Sometimes when a participant has joined a study, they do not immediately receive questions.
Solution
This could be as simple as you have not received a prompt from the researcher conducting the study. MetricWire has a variety of push notification options, and not having pending surveys appears could be due to the fact that the researcher has attached a specific stipulation to receiving that survey. For example: specific date/times, GPS coordinates, or random notifications.
Tips:
- Check the information tab within the studies to check if your researcher has attached any specific instructions pertaining to the study.
