Unable to Receive Geofenced Survey

Problem

Even though participants have entered the virtual boundary, they are still not receiving prompts.

Solution

While it is possible for geofencing to work without being connected to either, this is only limited to some devices, and it is highly encouraged you turn both network data and location services on.

Tips:
  1. There are two major variables for receiving a geofence prompt.
  2. The first is that your network data should be turned on, or that you are connected to a wifi signal.
  3. The second is to have your location services turned on as well.
  4. These two factors are important for the app to receive an accurate point of reference for your location
