Cannot Log Into the App

Problem

Upon opening the app, participants are prevented from logging into the application.

Solution

Tips:
  1. You must ensure that the email you are logging in or creating an account with is the correct email address that you were invited to the study with.
  2. If you cannot log into your account you can select the Forgot your password? link and enter your email.
  3. MetricWire will automatically reset you password and send the information to your email address.
