User Activity Logs

Selecting View Activity under the Responses column will open an additional activity log dedicated to user activity within a specific survey. 

The following columns appear when the User Activity Log is selected:

TriggerId

• The unique key that is generated to identify individual triggers

Item Name

• The name, whether default or custom, given to a trigger

Action

• This column displays the confirmed action of when a trigger has made it to the phone, and when a participant has submitted a response.
• TIMED_TRIGGER
  • This label confirms that a trigger actually made it to the participant's phone and went off
• SUBMIT_RESPONSE
  • This label confirms that a participant has successfully submitted a response to the server
• SURVEY_STARTED
  • This label confirms that a participant has opened a prompted survey, but did not submit a response
    
    
• NOTE: a response count of 0 can still yield activity logs. Triggers received are logged, even if a participant has not submitted a response.

Timezone

• The specific timezone a participant is answering within

Timestamp

• The date/time this specific action occurred.
