my.metricwire.com
my.metricwire.com is the URL that houses the Participant Portal. Participants will either use an existing account or create a new MetricWire account to log into the portal.
Navigating the Portal:
- Once in the portal, participants will see familiar pages that mimic the behavior of the mobile application: Browse Studies, My Studies, and My Account.
- Selecting Browse Studies will allow you see a list of all available studies that you have not yet joined.
- By joining a study, it will now be accessible through the My Studies page, which lists all of your available studies.
- Selecting a study will allow you to see the associated surveys.
- Selecting Answer Survey will allow you to begin the web survey.
Accidentally closing the web browser, or clicking a link to another page will not affect your place in the survey.
Upon returning to the study, you will now be prompted with the option to either Continue Survey, or Start Over.
The browser will cache your local data, and save your place. If you clean your cache however, this will clear all data and the system will not remember where you were.
