Studies Don't Appear in the Web Portal

 

If you have been recruited through a URL linking to our online registration portal, you might not be able to view or take part in the study online.

This could be due to the fact that the researcher may have not included completing the study online as an option. Sometimes certain questions or features types may not coincide with the capabilities of a web browser.

Features like Geofencing and Geolocation need to be able to poll a smartphone’s active location in order to function. If you have logged in via the web portal and do not see an active study, simply download the MetricWire app from Google Play Store or the iTunes App Store.
