Sorting and Filtering Responses

The Responses tab allows users to view their raw, collected data in a standard table layout. Clicking on a column header will allow you to sort via ascending (upwards facing arrow) or descending (downwards facing arrow). 

Selecting the icon to the right of the column header name (three lines) will allow you to filter/query the column via a search bar. 

For a more tailored view of the responses table, selecting the Customize View menu will provide you with various options to display your data:

  • Device Information:
    • Display device operating system (Andoid, iOS), device OS version, App Version
  • Question Formatting
    • View choices as indices allows the first choice value to be indexed as 0, the second as 1, and so on, based on the order of choices set in adding new questions
    • View range scale questions as:
      • Step Value
      • 0-1 Raw Slider Position
      • Step Number
      • Choice Text
      • Choice Index
  • Question Timestamps
    • This option allows you to toggle the questions answered and updated timestamps pertaining to a response
  • Trigger Information
    • Display trigger name, type and timestamp
  • PDF Timing
    • Display the open/close timestamps for PDS attachments
  • Submission Location Data
    • Display the location of the user at the time of the response submission
