Logging into the Participant Portal
Just like the app, my.metricwire requires your participants to login with their participant email and password.Head to my.metricwire.com and login with your participant credentials.
Login:
- Like the mobile app, the platform is separated into two sections: My Studies and Browse Studies.
- If you have not joined a study, none will appear in the My Studies page.
- Go to the Browse Studies page and enroll in the study you were invited to.
- Return to the My Studies page, select your study and you will be brought to the Study Screen.
- From here you can access the survey questions, read information about the study, or leave the study.
If activated by the researcher, participants can view custom-built dashboards about their performance and statistics answering questions.
